COTTAGES
Cottages require a 2-night minimum stay on the weekends, holidays or special events.
Check-in instructions: Check-ins for the cottages are handled at our motel office, located at 1644 W. US Hwy 290. Check-in time is 2pm or anytime thereafter. Upon arrival to the motel, you will be given driving instructions
to the cottages along with your key and breakfast vouchers. Late check-ins are available to our guests with notification to the office. Checkout time is 11AM. Late checkouts are not available. Please return your key to the motel office.
Cancellation policies: Any cancellations made 10 days prior to your arrival date will be cancelled without any
fees. If you cancel your reservation within the 10 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be financially
responsible for your complete confirmed reservation.
Please note that groups adhere to a unique cancellation policy that will be explained at the time the reservation is made. Please contact us for details.
Our roads are bike friendly!
The Country Inn & Cottages is privately owned. We will not be held responsible for loss of personal property, damages to personal property or accidents or injury that may occur on our property.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Pet Policy
There is a $15/ per pet fee that is a one time fee and non-refundable. Large pets over 30 lbs.will be assessed a $15/per day fee. This fee does not cover any damages caused by your pet. All damages will become
the responsibility of the owner.
When you are not in your cottage, please be sure to have your pet crated. This allows housekeeping to enter
your room. If your pet is not properly crated, your room will not be serviced. This also helps prevent damages
caused by separation anxiety.
Please do not allow your pet on the bed or any of the furniture for any reason. If pet hair is found on the
bedding, you would be assessed charges for professional cleaning or replacement.
Pet must be on a leash at all times when outdoors.
Always clean up after your pet. Bags are available at the front desk if needed. Be sure to take your pet in
designated areas described by the desk clerk.
No pets allowed in the pool or spa areas.
Please note: If there are any complaints of excessive barking from your pet, you will be asked to find alternative accommodations for that pet. Unruly pets will not be tolerated.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit check cards, Money Orders and Cash. You will be required to hold
your reservation with a valid credit card. Your card will not be charged until you arrive, however, an
authorization will be processed prior to your arrival to assure a valid credit card was given. In case of a
no-show or cancellation violation, this card will be charged for the amount of your full-confirmed reservation.
Rates quoted will be subject to applicable taxes.

Smoking is limited to outside areas only. A $100 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if you violate this policy.
Children are always welcome at the Country Inn Cottages! Please be sure that a guardian (over the age of 18) properly watches them at all times. Children are not allowed in the pool or spa areas without the company of an adult.
If you leave an item in your cottage, please give us a call and we will gladly send the items to you via UPS or US Postal Service. You will be responsible for the amount charged plus a $10 handling fee. The Country Inn is not responsible for lost items.
Split bills are permitted, however, there is a 3% processing fee to do so.
ATTENTION: For your safety and the safety of all our guests, NO CANDLES are permitted on our property.
If you use our towels to shine your shoes or clean the pipes on your Harley,
you will be charged to replace them!
Please practice safe fire building techniques inside and outside the cottages. Should your cottage be equipped with a working fireplace, please assure that proper measurements are taken when building a fire. Do not overload the
fireplace with to much wood as this can cause a structural fire. Also be sure that the fire is properly put out prior to leaving the property. For fires made outdoors, please be sure to do so in designated areas only. If there are high
winds, or a burning ban, fire building will not be permitted. Please assure the fire has been properly put out prior to leaving. FIREWOOD IS NOT PROVIDED AT THE COTTAGES. We recommend fire starter logs that burn for over
3 hours. We sell these logs in our office and are available for $5.00 each.
